San Francisco Honeymoon

We had the time of our life on our honeymoon in the wonderful city of San Fran. It was just the perfect combination of structured outings, random walks around the city, touristy stuff, evenings out on the town, and most importantly... RELAXING. It felt so nice to be able to go out exploring in the mornings and afternoons, hang out in the room for movies and naps, and then go out for nice dinners. And let me tell you, we dined like KINGS in that city.

One day we visited Golden Gate Park and after slowly walking around for a while we decided that riding a bike would be a much more enjoyable & quicker experience than just walking around the whole thing. So we asked the guy at the counter which ride would be the most leisurely and he recommended this little gem of a contraption. Let's just say it was NOT exactly the leisurely experience we had in mind and my strong & studly husband might have had to get out & push once or twice.

We stayed at a charming little boutique hotel called the Crescent. It was such a great place and right in the heart of Union Square, couldn't beat the location. The decor was so great, a perfect combination of vintage, modern, a little hint of gothic, but so classy and unique. A few nights they even had live music in their vintage lounge, sooo fun.

I mentioned we dined like kings every day, which was probably our #1 goal & desire to do on the trip. It was so fun picking out where we'd go out to dinner each night. A few of our favorite places were Flour + Water, Super Duper Burgers, and a dinner we had overlooking Union Square from the rooftop Cheesecake Factory.

Here's to an unforgettable honeymoon in the great city of San Francisco. We'd love to go back and visit some day, so much more to explore!
