Here we go!

This weekend was an absolute blast. Not only did we get to have Thanksgiving and spend a lot of time with our family, but we also began the process of moving into our HOME!! Finally, is all I can say. If only you knew how long we've waited to have a place to put all of our fun things... well actually most of you do know because you've been seeing all of the things we've been buying. We are beyond blessed to have found a perfect little spot for us that is so spacious, warm, and centrally located. This weekend it really hit me that it is ours, and we can finally begin putting all of our visions to a reality.

Friday morning/afternoon we had tons of help from family & friends cleaning and moving things in and then later that night Mel & Emilie helped unpack and settle in all of our beautiful shower gifts. We now have a fully equipped and stocked kitchen! While we did all of the fun girly stuff Joel was a busy man already crossing off tasks on his honey-do list, and yes there was already a honey-do list. He even found time to set up our Christmas tree and hang lights outside! I sure do love that (handy) MAN of mine : )

Anyway this is just a small small glimpse at what's to come. I only had one tub of my decorating things at the house and couldn't stand seeing it so empty so basically anything that was in there got put out, so don't judge 'til it's all finished. NOW friends, I leave you to work on the never-ending amount of work I have for capstone... I will basically be disappearing off the face of the earth for the next 3 weeks until GRADUATION!! But until then............
