A Little Preview

I know, I know... we're 10 days away from getting married and I'm concerned about posting a sneak peak of what our home is lookin' like. But I just can't help it, I fall more & more in love with it every single day. We're making updates like crazy over there and slowly but surely turning the place into exactly what we want. We finally got around to hanging some things on the wall so it's not quite as bare and empty and I will definitely be putting up pictures of that soon. But for now you will have to settle for a $6 chair Joel scored at Savers (that he painted white and cleaned up the fabric), my $1.99 homemade grey stripe lamp shade with it's new base from Target, our thrifted $12 Industrial cabinet serving as an end table, AND... drum roll please... a preview of the gorgeous beginning of our back patio (we just scored a great table from Joels sister and those awesome red chairs from a liquidator store!). I know it's all not much to look at yet, but it will make tons more sense once you see it all put together up & running. Making this home together has got to be the most fun thing I've ever done. Stay tuned for more updates, previews and eventually a full tour of the place! Oh yeah, maybe we should focus on getting married first...? Just wanted to get you all pumped for what's to come!
